How to book
your shipment
in 6 steps.
From enquiry to delivery, we keep you informed every step of the way. The whole process runs on WhatsApp — no apps to download, no portals to log into.

Tell us what you need.
Drop us a message on WhatsApp with your route, vehicle and preferred shipping date. We reply within an hour during operating hours.
What to include in your first message
- Pickup location (e.g. Klang, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam)
- Destination (Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Bintulu, or town within)
- Vehicle make + model (e.g. Honda Civic 1.5 Turbo)
- Preferred shipping date

Receive your Quote
Itemised. All-in.
We send a detailed quotation tailored to your shipment. Marine insurance, port fees and customs handling are already inside — no surprise surcharges later.
What the quote includes
- Freight (RoRo or container)
- Port handling (both ends)
- Customs clearance + bank release documents
- Marine insurance based on declared vehicle value
- Optional: door-to-door pickup or delivery

Submit Documents
A short checklist.
Once you confirm the quote, we send a list of documents needed. For most shipments it's a 4-item checklist; commercial fleets and hire-purchase vehicles add 1–2 items.
What you'll need
- Original IC + a driving licence copy
- Vehicle registration (geran) + valid road tax
- Bank release letter (only if vehicle is under hire-purchase)
- Spare keys handed to driver / jockey on pickup

Vehicle Handover
Yard drop or door pickup.
Drop off at our Klang operations yard at your convenience — or arrange door pickup and we collect from your driveway. Each vehicle is inspected, photographed and signed for on handover.
Both options available
- Yard drop-off — free, weekdays 09:00–17:00
- Door pickup (Klang Valley) — flat add-on, by appointment
- Door pickup (outstation Peninsular) — distance-based, quoted upfront

Shipment in Progress
You stay informed.
Once the vessel sails, we send updates throughout the loading, sailing and arrival process. Every shipment gets a tracking ID at handover.
Update touchpoints
- Loaded onto vessel (with photo, if requested)
- Vessel sailed — daily position updates
- Arrived at destination port
- Customs cleared
- Ready for collection or out for delivery

Collection or Delivery
Pick up, or we drop off.
Once customs is cleared, you choose: collect from our destination yard (free), or arrange final delivery to your doorstep anywhere on the island. Documents handed back at collection.
On the day
- Photo of vehicle condition before release
- Original documents returned
- Tracking ID closed out — full job complete
